Hamayatullah Mayar is the president of the Local Councils Association of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The President is the principal spokesperson and political representative of the Local Councils Association of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He represents and lead delegations of LCA KP in meetings and negotiations involving governments, agencies, institutions, associations and other organizations. The President is also the chair of the Presidential Commission and is assisted in his functions by the First Vice-President.
